Lazy people

have been busy with work..and no time to write..

the thing is my father is away for a few month and i need to take over his business here and it is tiring. First  i was all enthusiastic and i want to do everything. My dad actually hired an assistant for me. She is nice at first but now that i know her i think she's the laziest bunk everrr! She didnt really do anything, she doesnt even entertain the customer if i'm in. The first month she worked and i did all the account, i went to the bank to bank-in the monet, i write the invoice for customer, and i teach her how to treat our customer well. I did all of that.

So when she entered the second month, i assume that she knew everything by now, but i was mistaken. I took a few day off to visit some friends on the first week of September, when i came in to the office i was shocked to find out that the only thing that she did is bank-in the salary for the worker (obviously because she want her salary too) and nothing else! The cheque for the electricity, water, and everything is no writen, she didnt even send the letter that i have stamped to the post office..how bad is that?  The worst thing is out of 25days of working she only come for 19days.

I received a lot of complain from our customer, which mostly the people around the kampung and sells food and quite old. They said that see doesn't speak. She dont even smile. Ok maybe she's shy..i can forgive that. but then she dont pick up the phone call from our supplier, or salesman or anyone. Ok this is frustrating. She cant do the account, she dont socialize with the customer, she dont count the stock every week like i asked her to, she didnt do anything that she should! what exactly that she do? when i come to the office all i can see is that she play with her phone 24/7!

why am i writing this? she didnt come in today, she didnt even call me, text me or have the courtesy to tell anyone that she cannot came. what worst is she leave a pile of work for me! i hate this! i'm a co-manager. i manage things, i'm just coming to collect the money, or if there's any problem with anything. but now i come at 2p.m, i do the account while she play her stupid phone game and charging her phone using the company electricity, i process all the letter, i go to the bank, i buy groceries, i go to the post office, i pay the bill. The only thing that i asked her sincerly to do is to make sure the stock go in and out equally, to tick off the debtor name and she didnt even do that!!

Now, girl tell me..what can you do exactly. You are too lazy to move your ass from that chair. I hate that look that you give me when the customer come and you are too lazy to move..the puppy eye wannabe that you make. i hate that! And you know what..i cant stand your body odor..especially when wind blow on a fine morning when i tried to enjoy my snack. I feel like argggghhhh!

I hate lazy people. for me it's ok if you are not that bright like albert einstein  or anyone but if you are hardworking enough, you can be successfull too. My that is not that clever either, he dont even have a degree. but he's hardworking, he did extrawork, he's passion about his work and look on what he have achieve today.. he more successfull than some people who have master degree.

So please change you attitude or you have to go

i'm reading this book by sherry argov and i think this is one of the books that every women should have...i think the writer is a genius...she can read minds..

so here..i'm sharing some tips so that you nice girl can learn that sometime you need to be a bitch..

#rule no.1: man love adventure and they like things to be difficult i mean why they go fishing when we can easily get so many fish in the market? for the adventure of it, for the hardwork...that is why we women cannot go easy on our man..dont just come to their door if they need you.."if you need me than you come and get me" that's how it should be..

#NO.2 : you need to have your own opinion..you dont have to agree on whatever he's telling you..dont afraid to express your feeling..yes he might disagree and both of you might have a cold war but let it spice up your relationship

#No.3: Be independent..dont let him think that you need him to survive..show him that you can make it without him..show him the "girl power"...yes you can be dependent sometimes but dont let him think that you are clingy, and overly attached..

there's so many of those that i want to share but dont be lazy, read. i always think that a woman is the most attractive when they read. and of cause intelligent woman is the sexiest =) so lets read..

this is a reading campaign, i realize that the women of my country seldom read. They spend their free times in front of TV watching soap opera and those reality tv ( malaysian idol, AF,and whatever). 

Judgmental

to tell you the truth..i'm a very judgmental person..i mean i judge a book by its cover..i think everyone does that the only different is on how we judge.

For me, the things that i hate the most of all thing is people making sound as they eat..i think it"s gelojoh..i hate that 'b'decap2' sound..i think fat peoples are lazy and only eat..i think women who wear too much make-up are trying to cover something either theircau ugly face or personality..that's how i judge people..

but now, as i finish my student life..i go out and meet different people everyday, i learn that there's a reason for everything..for example, big size peoples..there are not lazy because they want to..it's just they feel tired easily, they need to reenergize. and woman who wear make-up, yes they are trying to cover something but  tell me who dont want to look pretty?

So, what i'm trying to say is..there's always a ggod reason for something..yes you can judge people but first find their reason.

But it would be better if we could treat everyone equally without judging them or give them that 'i know who you are' look..and we can live happily

Now, i'm tring to get rid of this bad habit of nmine because i'm starting a new career that require me to deal with people..i'm afraid that my judgement will compromised my treatment toward them..

Hi this is my new blog. I had a blog before but i quit because i'm too lazy too update. i also have join blog  which i share with my housemates..but it was left untender..dont ask me why..it had been busy..i mean life as a student.. we love doing outdoor stuff rather than sitting in front of our laptop doing stuff like this. hahha

But few days ago I read this one blog and inspired by it..dont ask me which..It's a friend a secret crush actually. His words are inspiring..so i decided too put on my thought into words also so that i can inspire other people <3.
